STEP 1

Click on the listings tab to see all cars available or search for a specific Year, Make, or Model. If we do not have what you are looking for e-mail us at helpdesk@ostock-bid.com and we will try to find that vehicle for you.

STEP 2

It is free to Sign Up! When you find a car you would like to purchase, click the Sign Up button, and enter all of the required information to create your account.

STEP 3

Acknowledge that you agree to the Terms and Conditions by checking the appropriate box.

STEP 4

We advise that you inspect the vehicle before placing any bids. All cars are sold “As-Is” unless otherwise specified. You may also contact the seller listed at the top of the car detail page with any questions.

STEP 5

Go back to view the vehicle you would like to purchase, decide your maximum bid amount, if the current bid amount is as high as you would like to go on that vehicle, you do not need to enter a maximum amount. Enter the amounts in the proper boxes. Click the Place Bid button. Click I Agree if you agree that by placing this bid you are purchasing the vehicle once the auction ends if you have the highest bid. There may also be an option to Buy It Now for a certain price. This is only available on certain auctions, and retains all costs as if you were the winning bidder such as the 10% Buyer's Premium.

STEP 6

Payments for all items will be made to the Seller. Prices do not include sales tax (sales tax is calculated on the winning bid amount only), vehicle registration fees, finance charges, documentation charges, and/or other fees required by law. Buyer shall pay a Buyer's Premium of 10% (up to $500) of the winning amount. The Buyer's premium is non-negotiable and is payable by all Buyers.

STEP 7

Come back often before the auction ends to make sure you are still the highest bidder winning the car. If you do get outbid, you may enter a new bid to ensure that you are the winner.

STEP 8

When the auction ends and you have the highest bid, you are the winner. You will receive an invoice via email. You need to contact the seller within 3 business days to make arrangements to pay for and pick up your new vehicle at their location. All sales are final.
